Works fine except for location of top door handle... needs better design review. Right in the way of bottom door when open and flame impinges up on to handle. Rethink location

Constructive criticism

I like the oven itself the only thing is one of the doors didn't have the metal piece to attach the closer lever. I emailed the company and never got a reply so had to figure out how to attach it myself.

Poor customer service with third party seller!!

There is a part missing.  The door handle.  called customer service still waiting for part!!   Shouldn't have to wait this long.  Terrible Customer service.

Struggled to put together. Once we began, realized the holes are drilled wrong on two of the legs so we can't attach one of the pieces where's the wood would sit to burn. If we take it apart and turn the legs so that that part can be attached, then tue hole to attach the bottom shelf will be in the wrong spot and not able to be attached. It will not be sturdy enough to do so. Have a message in to the seller, hopefully they can help because there's absolutely no way to contact the company that made this. This was a birthday present for my husband.

Not manufactured correctly

I can't give a review because I've never received the item. It was a gift for someone and I'm very disappointed that they didn't receive it.

Missing item never received

This was a christmas gift for my husband. Imagine his face when he saw these huge dents and the weld spliting. We can not use this oven. UPS or FEDX dropped it at some point. I dont know what to do, and my poor husband loves to make pizza. Help!

Not Happy!

the outter part is good size but unfortunately the inside is wayy to small. the pizza either ends up very raw or of u leave it in 1 minute longer its completely burned.

I was not what I want it and I'm trying to send it back and having a hard time getting the label and an email this company two times return plus I also been to the Walmart store and they said it was a third-party and they would not take the item back I'm not happy with this at all. I need a return label as soon as possible and the bad part about it to take the item in the store and the person told me we don't take it Because it's a third-party item
