It a nice to now own my bike. No more gym. Color dark blue. Dimensions 46 x 13. This body champ is trio tainer it could be use for standing or sitting down. Is a elliptical trainer. It has 2 wheels at the bottom to move from different places.

Body Champ BRT1875 Trio Trainer is the best thing since sliced bread. It's capable of being used as an elliptical , upright cycle and a recumbent bike without needing extra pieces or adjustments. It has a computer screen and it comes with pre-programmed workouts in the form of a cd. It also has a heart rate monitor. It's great for an effective workout !

Amazing and Awesome

This is an excellent choice for a home exercise solution. Assembly was fairly easy and the instructions were clear and concise. All the hardware is included to assemble it, and tools came with it. I ended up using some of my own tools though too. The action is smooth, ergonomic and silent, and your workout performance metrics are clearly displayed on the screen. I like that it can measure my heart rate while I'm using it, that's a big plus. There's a media shelf that I can put my phone on or my iPad to watch videos while working out. I'm pretty short, but I can easily adjust the seat and peddles to fit me. This is my first machine like this and I feel like it's a total workout. I've been wanting to get toned up, and this is it! The rest of my family is starting to use it too because it's fun!

Fun way to get toned and lose some weight

This came well packed with styrofoam, and plastic, in a big box weighing about 85 pounds. It had a slight chemical odor though taking out of box, so let it air out with a window opened for a couple days. Thank God for helping me again, because even though there were only 83 parts listed in the manual, there are 126 washers, nuts, and bolts, and did seem a little overwhelming. Only took a few hours, but would of been less if the purple plastic piece with tension wire wasn't stuck at bottom, and had to get a metal coat hanger to get another wire through on another part. They give you 2 metal wrenches (different sizes), and 2 Allen keys with a Phillips screwdriver on tip end, so didn't really need any other tools. I mainly got this for my son and daughter, to get some healthy cardio exercise, because since they've been driving, and working so very much, don't seem to have time to ride their bikes anymore. I tried it for a few moments, til my legs were hurting so bad, my heart was at 120, and 0/2 at 85, but the seat sure is comfy (and took off 2 1/2 calories, too)! It has a lot of very good features like the built in pulse, heart rate monitor, and shows how many calories burned, time, distance, and speed. The 3 different workouts, elliptical trainer, recumbant, and upright bike, will sure help tone the muscles, and keep the heart pumping good :-) It has a 1 year warranty on the frame, and 90 days on parts. Also comes with an exercise DVD and good for users up to 250 pounds.

I received the Body Champ BRT1875 Trio Trainer and so far I'm loving it. The assembly took a few hours and I had a hard time with the tension wire. I think you two people to get the tension wire easily done. The Body champ Trio has the function of three machines, one footprint for effective space and fitness sessions in your home. 3 workout machines in 1: Elliptical trainer, recumbent bike, and Upright bike! It's so great to switch machines without actually switching machines. You can have all the cardio machines in your home without the bulky equipment taking up a bunch of space. It comes with an integrated built-in hand pulse with a heart rate monitor and there is space to have an iPad, cell phone, or book, above the heart monitor. The LCD Console with built-in media shelf displays key workout metrics heart rate, calories burned, time, distance, and speed. The seat is made of comfort foam padded and the back cushions adjust horizontally and vertically for biodynamic comfort and safety. It also comes with 20 min workout DVD you can follow with to get a good workout. I must say I have been impressed with the Body Champ Trio, I have gotten a cardio workout. The machine also has wheels on it, which makes for easy moving and storage. I would recommend this Body Champ Trio to anyone looking to get in shape at home, it's well worth the price.

Best Cardio Machine

If you put it together right it works good. Wouldn't recommend for taller people. I'm 5'6" and the stride using the elliptical is a little shorter than of like but I do use the bike  a lot and that's fine. It's a good elliptical

Takes a long time to put together yourself

Poor quality.  One electrical wire came damaged and some harware already broken.  Comment from the company when after 3hours of assembly when I called for small replacement parts : We don't ship to Canada return it in full at walmart'. :(   Serously.   Not great for the planet.   Unhappy customer

I am so disappointed with this product. The part that attaches the handles/screen to the body of the machine BROKE. Like the metal cracked and came apart. I am so irritated.

I started using this daily from 3/23-7/6. The left foot support broke and is no longer usable. Very disappointed.

Pathetic and low quality machine, assembling it a huge project and then you find that you are running on a very rusty grinder that is hard to move and makes a lot of noice! Returend it....
