Solid foundation and exactly what is needed in a smaller rack. Once the plates are placed on the rear of the rack there is no movement during pull-ups or exercises. Every piece is surprisingly sturdy and solid. Would definitely recommend.

I love this rack. It was pretty easy to put together. It only took me about an hour to assemble it. It’s very sturdy and has an amazing yellow color. I’m super impressed for the money I spent on it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a small home gym.

Great Squat Rack

Instructions were super basic, but it went together easy. 17mm Socket made it much easier, although the tools that came with it would have done the job.
Olympic Weight and bar holders seem sturdy. Pull up bar feels solid.
Holes are already numbered for easy placement of the hooks and spotter bars.
Worth every penny for all of the features.

Excellent starter piece for your home gym. We were looking for a squat rack that had some additional functionality and this rig is it! It's got a solid pull up bar, landmine, with a place to store some plates. Very stable, good quality product. Worth the wait, and very good value!

Excellent Squat Rack

This equipment is awesome for the money. I would say the only negatives were that when the box was delivered it was highly damaged. They had to tape it back together to keep everything in. Luckily we weren't missing any parts. Maybe use a thicker box? Also the instructions were only like two pages. They are very vague and all you have to go off of is the picture. It doesn't explain what direction holes go, what screws to use where. More detailed instructions would make it waaay easier to put it together. We were able to figure it out, it just took a little longer. The equipment is super sturdy and looks just like the pictures. Definitely a good buy!

Awesome for the price!

- the box was packaged with no protective material (foam, cardboard) between the metal parts and the box, so by the time it got to my local distribution center, it was so destroyed, Fedex refused to even load it onto a truck for three days. I had to drive 25 miles to pick it up myself. Thankfully it looks like nothing was bent.
- the box was missing parts: no instructions, no dip bars, and no gussets/plates for attaching the vertical yellow bars to the horizontal black ones. The latter means I can't even assemble this thing.
- the sent item may be of a different design than that pictured because the yellow vertical bars have a flange not pictured. Maybe the gussets were replaced with these flanges. If so, I wouldn't have bought this, as its a weaker design.
- the welds are bad all around: voids, excess deposition with low penetration. However, most weld points have multiple beads, so if one fails I guess I can repair it before the others fail.
- some bars have rust under the paint that's pealing the paint. Most of the parts came pre-scratched, but I suppose that's because of the bad packaging.

So, to make this usable and replace parts not included: I have to cut and drill metal plate to replace the four missing gussets, cut and drill metal pipe to replace the missing dip bars. During use, I'll need to frequently check for any issues with the bad welds.

Had I known all this would be necessary before buying, I would have increased my budget to $400 and been done with it. I had hoped my experience would not echo the other negative reviews. Returning this thing (120lbs if not counting the missing parts) is prohibitively difficult, extra so considering the box is destroyed. Once I have finished replacing parts, maybe this thing will work okay for my light-duty use. I hope so.

If you value your time and don't want another repair project, don't buy this.

You get what you pay for

Prices are good, but 5th time using it and the support beam has cracked. There's no way to reach Balance Form via Walmart or their own Shopify website. States no warranty information anywhere. 1000lbs capacity and cracked on a pull up from a 190lbs guy. Installed correctly with an impact wrench, so pretty disappointing. Will have yo hirer a welder.

Bummer, but we'll see....

In the attached picture, the base of the yellow piece where you’re supposed to keep  the barbell on is coming apart on side and and on the other side, it’s not flush with the base. I’m sure this is a great power rack but the two pieces I got are defective…
