What is the firmness/density of this roller?

This is solid and hard styrofoam not "foam" like a pillow.

The length was incorrect.  Each roller was about 2 inches short.  Since I needed it for a project where I was supposed to get three 12 inch pieces, I could not do it.

Too Short

Wanted this for physical therapy but it is squishy and had little to know support.

Not what I hoped for

Not as firm as i expected. it squishes and bends easily.
