These are itty bitty but they are swift

I normally get the 5a sticks but I decided to take a chance on a new size and these sticks are becoming my new go-to pair every session. It took a little while to adjust to the shorter size but by the end of my first practice using them the missed hits and thigh thwacks were few and far between. Recommend these sticks to anyone feeling like something new or to use after using heavy heavy sticks to improve speed.....like Piccolo in DBZ with the weighted cape......so I will purchase these in the future.

Exactly what I needed

These are perfect for me. When I was playing fast and complex fills, my sticks were slipping and sometimes even flying off. But the grip on these works really well. The only thing about them that could be seen as a bad attribute is that when you use them, they'll blister your hands a little bit. But that's not really a big deal, you just need to play with them for a few days and you'll get used to it. As far as the quality of the sticks, they're amazing! The grip does start breaking/tearing after a little bit, but it's that way with all dipped drumsticks.

Great grip

All around great sticks. Love the fact that they don't slip around my hand/fingers when I'm playing some busy fills. Only downside is the coating will peel a bit when playing side-stick rim shots. To be expected, I suppose

Not as expected

I use Vic Firth 7an"s frenquently and ordered these as my sticks were slipping or worse flying. Though i have calluses these sticks flat out burn my fingers. I developed new blisters on 3 fingers after only 30 mins of practice and therefore cannot trust using these for concerts or prolonged practices. May be helpful for others but why buy these if i have to use bandaids as well.
