Best new tubes money can buy

I have been solely using Genalex Gold Lions, both 12ax7 Gold pin cv004 and b759,and El84's. These tubes have the best spectrum of sound to my personal taste. My Friedman Runt 20 runs nothing but Genalex, my PRS Archon pre-amp is all gold pin Gold Lions, as is my Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier. Best tones I've gotten out of these amps are with Genalex Gold Lions (Russian gold pins)

Upgrade worth the price

My Orange Tiny Terror came stock with electro-harmonix tubes and when I switched them out for this gold lion set there was an immediate noticeable difference. It's worth the upgrade for the cost.

Bringing the Power

The power amp tubes are my go-to when my Vox AC-15 starts to sound a little weaker. They create the crunch and chime that makes me love this amp...it's amazing to think that tubes can do all that!

Great Tubes

My 3 year old Vox AC-15C1 developed a terrible hiss and seemed to lose about half its output. I decided after reading some on line forums to change the whole factory tube set--all three pre-amp tubes and both EL84 power tubes. The difference was incredible. I use the amp primarily for recording and the ambient noise is almost inaudible now. Previous tubes used to snap crackle and pop a lot while the amp was warming up as well. These tubes seem to have fixed that problem as well. Well worth the money to get the most favorably reviewed tubes.

Genalex EL84 - Excellent Tubes

BIG difference compared to cheaper tubes.
I'm getting better responsivity and a fuller tone from my amp up after putting these in.
The difference was immediate and easy to notice. Highly recommended.
