Great Sticks. Why pay more?

OK.
I'm a HUGE fan of VATER STUDIO 2's.
$10 a pair...
Took a chance....
These are the same with a different tip (length and taper the same).
BUT more attack on ride , hats , and skins.
This batch has a cross between acorn and tear drop tips.
Why pay more?
Who knows what the tips on the next batch will be like?
Who cares?

Not Bad!

If your a beginner these are good to practice Hi Hat stuff (or anything else that chews up sticks). Seem a bit heavy compared to my Vic Firth and Zildjians. I bought a bunch of them because of the price. One stick cracked pretty fast but I have been going with the next ones for a while now. Bottom line: Good for the price for practice and to not wear out your more expensive sticks.

Great drumsticks

These drumsticks are great they feel nice in my hands and I recommend these sticks to other drummers. The only thing is that these were much lighter than my other sticks which I didn't know at the time until my friend handed me his sticks and I realized that these were much heavier that mine it doesn't make much of a difference but if your playing rock or metal go for something heavier because it takes a bit more effort to get a super loud sound out of these. But other than that I have no complaints about these.

I like em

They look and feel really good I bought these for use with rockband so I can't really speak for their durability as im just banging them on rubber but they do seem and feel sturdy I banged them against each other pretty hard and they hold better quality than I expected after reading other reviews
Music background: Haha yeah right
