Multi-purpose Media Player
The TASCAM CD-A580 plays back cassettes, CDs, and USB flash media. You can record to cassette and USB, and cassettes and CDs can be archived directly to MP3 files. The CD-A580 features one-way IC Logic transport controls and tackles normal, chrome, and metal cassette tapes. Play audio CDs, CD-RW discs, and MP3 discs using three repeat modes, and play MP3 files from a USB flash drive with shuffle and program playback. Engineers here at Sweetwater use the TASCAM CD-A580 for archiving and as a media player for PA systems. The CD-A580 includes a headphone jack, infrared remote, and easy-to-read LCD display.
